Services Offered:
Sand Blasting
We offer sand blasting
services to clean and prep parts, whether it's something as
small as a dime, or a complete frame. Blasting will remove rust
and paint and other foreign matter to the original surface so
the item is ready for paint, powder coat, polishing or chrome;
whether we finish it or you do.
We can blast steel, iron, aluminum and some plastics.
Please check out some of the pictures to see how we can take a
old part and make it look original.
*** Please note Blasting does not remove pitting or
etching from heavy rusting, It will show you where the next
stage of work is needed to complete it for the desired finish.
Brake Service:
We can refurbish your brakes to "Showroom Condition and
Performance".
With over 30 years experience with Hydraulic brakes we
are the only ones who offer an extended warranty** on any
refurbished master cylinder or
caliper.
Whether it's your original, a spare or a junk yard
special we have what it takes to bring life back to your parts!
What do we do ?
Master Cylinders: We disassemble
and degrease then bead blast until everything is nice and clean.
We then inspect for cracks, gouges and out of round wear,
re-hone the cylinder then refinish it in the correct shade of
black. We then install all new OEM* parts along with a new lever
and brake light switch (where applicable).
Calipers:
We disassemble and degrease then bead blast until everything is
nice and clean. We then inspect for cracks, gouges and out of
